Established 2005, Into Minds is a private, independent practice providing confidential counselling and psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families.
Francine Brett specialises in Relationship Dynamics, (love, intimacy and personal growth) Communication Skills, Stress and Anxiety but her work is not limited to these areas. Both short and longer term counselling and therapy is offered and potential clients are most welcome to book an appointment at a one off hourly charge of 25.00 if they would like to discuss their situation before making a commitment.
Francine's aim is to provide clients with professional help in a warm, friendly, home based practice. The service is tailored to meet individual client needs and to work at a pace they feel comfortable with in a supportive, non judgemental, non critical and affirming way.
Qualified and experienced, Francine Brett is a Registered Counsellor and member of the BACP and BPS and works within their Code of Ethics.

The Waveney Stardust is based at Beccles on the River Waveney, but also visits Oulton Broad, Norwich, Brundall, Stalham, South Walsham and Horning during the year. A maximum of twelve passengers (with no more than six remaining in wheelchairs) can be accommodated on any trip, including helpers, whether within an organised group or a family party etc. Access is via gently sloping ramp and hydraulic inboard lift. Facilities include a wheelchair accessible WC, large saloon, galley, radiator type central hearing, on board telephone and full safety equipment - public liability insurance currently three million pounds.
A qualified skipper is in charge during all trips - the Waveney Stardust is not available for self hire.
To date, Waveney Stardust has travelled 1.6 times round the equator (figuratively speaking) solely within the confines of the Norfolk / Suffolk Broads and waterways.

107 Stratford Road is an eight bedded house situated in the community in the small town of Stroud. People in this house live a more independent lifestyle and access the community for their work and leisure activities. All the people supported participate fully in the running and maintenance of their home and have their own tenancy agreement with the housing association that owns the property . Hft provide Domiciliary care support within the home from five hours a week to twenty four hour support dependent on the needs of the individual.

19 to 21 Prospect Place are homes with five beds each, providing residential care for people with learning and multiple disabilities eg, physical disabilities. There are two sections to the unit, one for people with physical as well as learning disabilities, and the other for more mobile residents. The Bungalow also provides for some people who are non-ambulant.

BT offer a special Free Directory Enquiry Service for people who have difficulties in reading or handling the Phone Book. Call Freephone 195 and talk to one of the operators; the operator will connect the enquirer, free of chrage, to the Pin Registration Team who will ask some questions, enter the answers on an application form, and post it to the individual with a reply paid envelope. The form should then be signed and countersigned by a health professional. Once the application is approved, a plastic card is issued with a PIN number. When the cardholder needs a phone number, dial Freephone 195, give their PIN number and the enquiry will be answered. The 25% ME group is a unique nationwide community based voluntary group. They understand the difficulties caused by longterm and disabling ME, and provide a range of services to people affected by severe ME, who are usually housebound or bedbound. They seek to alleviate the isolation which having this illness can cause.
They encourage communication between members, participation in the group, assistance with the content of the newsletter etc.
