Alzheimer Café UK (Nailsworth)
The Alzheimer Café is for all persons with any form of dementia, their spouses, children, grandchildren, other family members, friends, carers and professionals involved in this specialist area of care. The purpose is to enjoy being out together and to meet new people who are all in the same boat, in a welcoming café atmosphere. Families and professionals can share and discuss problems in a relaxed environment with good food and music. Most café sessions will include a short 'presentation and discussion time' about some aspect of living with dementia.
