What will we do by Summer 2018?

We aim to have the new arrangements for Healthwatch Gloucestershire properly established, so we have a strong basis for the next 5+ years.  By the summer we plan to have:

Volunteer recruitment

Carried out a recruitment campaign for volunteers.

Community engagement

Supported our volunteers to deliver local community engagement.

Work plan

The Steering Group will be setting the priorities for the work plan.

Increasing our communications so that more people know what Healthwatch is and are encouraged to talk to us.

Local research

Commencing our first piece of research on local experience of health and care.

Your Circle

Work with commissioners to improve the quality of information on the website ‘Your Circle’ including signposting local people to it.
