Working to improve local health and social care

We believe that health and social care providers can best improve services if they understand people’s experiences.  We are here to listen to local people, to gather and analyse your feedback, to identify themes, and report what is and isn’t working.  We share our findings and recommendations with those responsible for improving health and care in Gloucestershire, to support and drive positive change.

Each year, we identify some key priority areas of health and social care to explore in more depth, alongside our other ongoing work to gather public feedback more generally about all aspects of health and care in Gloucestershire.
