Care at Home services
What’s your experience of ‘Care at Home’ services in Gloucestershire?
Over the last two years, we’ve heard from people who have received wonderful care and support in their own home and from others who felt their care was not so good. We have also heard from people who have struggled to find helpful information about Care at Home services.
We believe that health and care providers can best improve services by listening to people’s experiences, so we are now investigating Care at Home services in more depth.
Quality of care: We want to understand what you think about the quality of care that you receive at home, or that you have observed as an unpaid carer or a professional. What is good and what could be improved?
Finding and accessing care: We also want to know how you find and access the Care at Home services that you need for yourself or your loved ones.
Share your feedback to help improve care
If you have received care at home, whether it’s every day, a couple of times a week, or as respite for your unpaid carer, we would like to hear about your experiences. If you’re an unpaid carer, we want to know what you think about the care your loved one has received at home. We also want to hear from people who work in home care, including paid care workers and those who provide services.
It’s easy to have your say and your feedback will be confidential and can remain anonymous.

How will your feedback make a difference?
We will use your feedback to drive positive change in Gloucestershire’s home care services. We will share our findings with those who provide and commission care in Gloucestershire.
