As part of our engagement to collect information about local health and social care services, we use a ‘quality assurance approach’ so that all parties who have made contact with Healthwatch Gloucestershire (whether the public, organisations, volunteers, board members or staff) are given the opportunity to provide feedback about the service they have received from us, which in turn is used to inform our own learning and development of our services now and in the future.
