Care during COVID-19
The coronavirus pandemic placed enormous pressure on NHS and social care services. They have had to care for people with the virus and for those with other urgent and ongoing needs, while introducing new ways of working to protect people. There has, understandably, been a significant impact on how people get the care and support they need.
We want to hear how COVID-19 has changed the way you access local services, particularly if you rely on them for regular care. You can also tell us how services responded to you if you have been unwell with COVID-19 symptoms. This will help us to identify how services are adapting and working well, and to highlight common issues and challenges that need further work and improvement.
