We were kindly invited by the Macular Society to visit two of their Gloucestershire groups in May and June 2025 to raise awareness of Healthwatch Gloucestershire and to listen to the health and social care issues facing people with macular disease and sight loss.

Annie wants to share her experience of her transition from male to female, which began during the summer of 2021, to raise awareness of the challenges she faced and is still working to overcome.
