Annual report 2024/2025: Unlocking the power of people-driven care

Our 2024/2025 annual report shares how we've listened and championed the voices of people, partners and organisations across Gloucestershire, to help shape health and social care services.

Our year in numbers 

  • Nearly 5000 people shared their experiences of health and social care services with us, helping to raise awareness of issues and improve care. 

  • Over 500 people came to us for clear advice and information about topics such as mental health and the cost-of-living crisis. 

  • We published 6 reports about the improvements people would like 
    to see to health and social care services. 

  • We’re lucky to have 27 outstanding volunteers who contributed an incredible 575.5 hours to make health and social care better for our community.
