Enter and View: Knightsbridge Lodge

Our staff and volunteers visited Knightsbridge Lodge care home on 10th March 2025.

Enter and View visits are a way that we can gather information about services and collect views of service users, their carers, staff and relatives.

Following on from our visit we have made some recommendations to the service provider based on the feedback we have received and what we observed.

Key findings

  • Positive feedback was immediately forthcoming and residents were enthusiastic about their home.
  • Staff take pride in their work, feel supported and create good relations with residents.
  • The inside and outside of the care home were maintained to a good standard.

What people told us

'I feel really lucky living here.’

‘We’re [staff and residents] a family.’

’10 out of 10 for the staff.’

‘There is always good choice of lovely food. We can have what we want.’
